FAQ: What is no down payment for a lot owner?
This is an invitation for those individuals who have already purchased a lot/land in the past but are currently short of personal funds to begin building their own house. Our team and partner bank are able to offer you a solution on this and can arrange a financing that will cover significant cost of building the project.
In this scheme, you only shell out from your own pocket minimal amount of initial payment to add to the needed initial funding and the rest will come from our bank initiated financing. The amount that will come from the bank is extended as a loan to you payable with an affordable interest rate of 6.8% to 8% per annum. You can choose to pay our Construction Services from 5, 10 or up to 20 years.
What is the price and Monthly payment Amortization?
Price varies depending on the size of the house area and complexity of the project. If you are not particular on how big or small a house you can put up in your lot, we can make our recommendation upon inspecting your lot or by just sending us clear scanned copy of your title.
FAQ: How much is my cash out/initial cost?
To begin with, we are requiring client 50.000P. initial fee to cover the planning & complete design phase, and bank processing fee. This amount is not an extra cost and will be deducted later from the project cost. Your next payment is the Monthly Amortization which will be after the construction is done and will turn over the house to you, and the whole paperwork has been accomplished and submitted to the bank.
Is there an advantage of making a down payment?
Yes, as this will reduce the amount to be entered for financing which will result in smaller monthly amortization. However, there is no problem in choosing a no down payment scenario if you are qualified and as you see the best fit for your financial situation.
If I own a lot, what is the benefit for me in availing
this Construction Services program?
It is a win-win situation for you. If you do not have ready funds to build your own house, this is a financing facility that is available to you. You do not need to cover the whole cost of building the house. Monthly amortization payment only begins after completion of the house. With this, you can now own your dream house on a bank financed – Construction Service.
Also, a land with improvement (house/building) appreciates in value faster than an idle lot/land. This is an investment that will yield greater value to you and further increasing your wealth and assets. It’s the most secure and safe way to invest in your future.

Yes. You can choose from the design we post online or from our other design collections. All made by architects and engineers to give you the best on the market.
Can I suggest my own design?
Yes. You are free to send us a ready design if you have already one. You may also discuss and describe to us your requirement and preferences and from here, we will design the project based on your inputs. You’ll get everything the way you want, right down to the doorknobs.
In how many months is the construction completed?
Completion is normally at 5 months to 6 months depending on the size and complexity of the project. Application of permits in your Subdivision/Barangay, Municipality is also a factor to consider the completion schedule.

Yes, we offer liability guarantee and other warranties for workmanship. No reason to worry, we’ll do the work while you’re safe and sound.
